RESERVATION POLICIES

• Rates are per package, in U.S. Dollars
• 14% Taxes and full American breakfast buffet included.
• Children 12 and under stay free when sharing the room with their parents in existing bedding.
  

CANCELLATION
In case you cancel or amend your Reservation, this should be done 72 HOURS before your arrival date (from December 24 to April 9 and from July 1st to August 9). After that date, you will be subject to a penalty equal to 2 NIGHTS.

From April 10 to June 30 and from August 10 to December 23, this should be done 24 HOURS before your arrival date. After that, you will be subject to a penalty equal to 1 NIGHT, to be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your Reservation.

ADVANCED DEPOSIT
If you are not paying with a Credit Card, the Hotel requieres an advanced deposit equal to 1 NIGHTS, to be received by us no later than 1 day before your arrival date.

IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED ON THE DAY STIPULATED, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED.
NO SHOW
If you have a guaranteed Reservation and do not Check-in on the date of arrival,
you will incur a penalization, as described:

From April 10 to June 30 and from August 10 to December 23, 2 NIGHTS.

From December 24 to April 9 and from July 1st to August 9, FULL CHARGE.
